Lunges are a good exercise to help you lose weight in your buttocks area. They can be a challenge, but it's a good exercise to do in your workout routine. A lunge is basically the same as a squat, but you put one leg in front of the other and then squat down towards the floor.

3. Steps
Steps are a good way to work your buttocks area. There are several ways to do this type of exercise and each technique will do what you need it to do if you do them regularly. You can walk up and down the steps in your home or office. You should do this 2-3 times a session. You can also place a box on the floor and step up and down on the box. You should do 3 sets of 8 reps with a short 15 second break in between each set of reps.

4. Walking
Walking is another good way to work on your buttocks area. You'll work on it with each step you take. The amount of walking you do will depend on the speed and what terrain you cover. It's important to push yourself and work hard enough to burn the calories you need to make it worth your time.

You can do the squats, lunges, and step exercises together, but the walking will need to be done on its own after stretching.
